The Soviet Pavilion

Soviet and U.S. exhibits at the Montreal World’s Fair, May 2, 1967. The Soviet Pavilion is a distinctive hammer and sickle monument with expressive art work and the slogan, ‘Everything for the sake of man, for the benefit of man’. The dates of 1917 and 1967 are prominent, marking the 50th Anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution.
